Jae graduated from the Aveda Institute in 2012; he began working with Josephine’s the year he graduated. He worked closely with our educators, and in a few years, he became one of them. Jae takes great pride in paying close attention to detail. That is why we believe Jae excelled so quickly. As a young boy, Jae was always interested in hair because his aunt owned a salon—he spent every summer there, and a fascination with colors and cuts consumed him.
