Josephine’s Day Spa and Salon is an Aveda Lifestyle Salon located in Houston’s Energy corridor and Rice Village area. We are currently looking for passionate and talented stylists to bring inspiration, above and beyond experience for every guest, every visit. Job Type: 10+ hours a week (part-time and full-time options available)

Compensation: Hourly + Commission
Hourly: starting at $12 an hour (hourly rate based on skill set, experience, technical ability, level, etc)

- Rising Artist: 37%
- Designer: 42%
- Top Designer: 45%
- Master/Artistic Director: 47%
- After 10 Years of employment: 48%
- After 12 Years of employment: 49%
- After 15 Years of employment: 50%
