Jae graduated from the Aveda Institute in 2012; he began working with Josephine’s the year he graduated. He worked closely with our educators and in a few years he became one of them. Jae takes great pride in paying close attention to detail. That is why we believe Jae excelled so quickly. As a young boy Jae was always interested in hair because his aunt owned a salon, this is the place where he spent every summer. The fascination of colors and cuts consumed him.
