Karina Flores

Karina Flores is a dedicated and passionate licensed esthetician at Josephine’s Day Spa and Salon. A Houston native and graduate of the Aveda Institute of Arts and Sciences, Karina blends clinical expertise with a deeply restorative, personalized touch.

While she is highly proficient in advanced technology—including Hydrafacials, JetPeel, and collagen induction therapy—Karina’s signature style sets her apart from the ordinary. She believes in a “hands-on” philosophy, prioritizing tactile, relaxing techniques that transform a standard treatment into a truly immersive wellness experience. By combining high-tech results with a grounded, manual approach, she ensures every client leaves feeling both rejuvenated and skin-confident.

Beyond skincare, Karina is a versatile makeup artist, offering everything from polished everyday looks to glamorous applications for special events. Her service menu also includes full body waxing, eyelash/eyebrow tinting, and lash extensions.

Because of her commitment to quality and detail, Karina currently has very limited availability. However, she remains dedicated to her community and strives to work personally with every client to accommodate their needs and schedules whenever possible.

When she isn’t in the treatment room, Karina enjoys working out, striving for self-improvement, and spending quality time with her family and pets.
