We value our guests’ time and we ask our guests to extend the same courtesy. We kindly request you reserve your appointments with either a credit card number or a gift certificate.

When to Arrive

For your first visit, arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. This allows enough time for a spa tour, changing into your spa attire and a consultation. We ask that our returning guests arrive 5-10 minutes prior to their appointment to allow for proper check in. For late arrivals, we reserve the right to finish our service on time, as scheduled.

Spa Attire

Your comfort and privacy are of the utmost importance to us. Spa treatments require various levels of undress and our therapists are trained in appropriate methods of draping. Although your therapists will discuss a complete overview of the treatment you will experience, please feel free to ask any questions or make any special requests to ensure your comfort.

Gratuities

We take pride in providing excellent service. We will strive to make your experience as rewarding and stress-free as possible. Because of our commitment to your satisfaction, we do not accept gratuities. The best possible reward that we can receive is the compliment of your return or your referral.

Every pure plant and flower product used during our service is available for purchase, so that you may continue your spa experience at home. Gift packages are also available, and are the perfect “thank you” for a special someone.

Cancellations

We understand that sometimes you need to change your schedule. We kindly ask that you give us 24 hours notice if you must cancel an appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a 50% charge. If no notice is given, a 100% cancellation fee may be charged to your credit card or deducted from your gift certificate.
